<body> <p>To reserve  your ride to or from Sea-Tac Airport, Just fill out our simple order form 24hrs in advance of your pick up time.   When you click 'Place Order' on the left, you will be asked a few questions, your answers will take you to the appropriate order form.  Round trips are welcome.  After you book one half of the round trip just click 'Place Order' again and book the other half. We will need to know your address including apartment or condo number.  If your building has an intercom, we will also need the code number to ring if different from the unit number.   Our rates are set according to zip codes, but if you don't know your zip that's ok, we'll look it up.  If you will be picked up at a major hotel, motel or b&b, just give us the name and room number, we'll get the address.  Please give the full name.  Many of the hotels in this area have very similar names.   For instance if your hotel is named South Center Regency, be sure to write it that way, don't write just 'Regency'. After  you submit your order you will see a confirmation page with all the information you submitted, you may copy this page for your records, or wait for our e-mail confirmation. The e-mail confirmation will contain a copy of the data you sent and should arrive within a few hours.  You can check this and make sure everything is correct.  You will be sent a second confirmation 36hrs before your scheduled pick up time.  This second confirmation will contain the name and phone number of your chauffeur.  If the time until your scheduled pick up is less than 48hrs, you will be sent only one confirmation.   This single confirmation will contain all the pick up data so you can verify it's accuracy plus the name and phone number of your chauffeur. </p> </body>
